I spend a lot of time talking about a dismal future and how to prepare for it. The next five to ten years will shake men’s – and women’s – souls. It will be the most awful period of time in world history. And, it has already started.
It is gratifying to see you prepare for this. It really is a relief to see brothers and sisters in Christ take steps to get out of the way of this horrifying juggernaut. But, some of you have forgotten something very, very important.
Faith.
The minions of Satan plan to murder billions of people over the next few years. And, your preparations will not be enough, if you don’t have a complete trust in God.

Do You Really Believe in God?
I find it strange that my perspective on what is happening is so unique. There are others out there who share this same perspective, but there aren’t many of us. And, it’s strange because it’s so very, very obvious.
Why can’t people see what is right out in the open?
Of course, I know the answer, because I too was asleep in my own corner of the world. It’s as natural as it is deadly. But, when shown the incontrovertible facts, I did respond in the appropriately hysterical way.
I started writing – hysterically.
And yes, hysteria is a perfectly natural response to shocking, horrifying and startling news. We all do it. Expecting otherwise is unreasonable. And, the only thing that you can do for people caught in the midst of such hysteria, is to let them be hysterical for a bit – before telling them to snap out of it.
I’m certainly past that stage, and I hope that you are too. So, hopefully this will allow us to treat God with the seriousness that He deserves.
So, Do You Believe?
So, let me jump in and ask you:
Do you really believe in God?
No. Really. That was a serious question.
Satan has plans for humanity. Those plans include killing all of us off, while reserving just a few of his minions to be reshaped into his own image. These self-same minions have told us what they’re going to do, and have even left clues as to how they will do it.
Do you think that there is any way that you will be able to stand against such a diabolically clever plan?
Not without God.
So, why haven’t you made Him a part of your plans to survive?
Yes, I know that this is all so overwhelming, and the urge is to rush about – getting your food, your bug-out location and your silver. That seems far more necessary, right now, than sitting down with your Bible and reading it.
I get that, but it’s wrong.
Faith First
It is precisely in the midst of such situations that we must hold God even more tightly. It will take a miracle for ANY of us to survive, and there is only one shop where miracles are sold.
But, that ‘shop’ only accepts the currency of faith.
No faith?
No miracles.
And no, knowledge does not equal faith. Knowledge is necessary, but not sufficient.
Okay, I see that you get the concept, but I don’t think that you get the point.
Faith In Action
Faith isn’t a thought. It’s an action.
James spoke of this in chapter 2:
For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also. – James 2:26
In fact, the whole chapter is a discussion of faith in action.
What are these works that he’s talking about?
Obedience.
Are you truly obeying God?
Really?
So, I can assume that you have truly forgiven everyone – and that you harbor no bad feelings towards ANYONE.
Oh. I see.
And, there’s no one in your church or neighborhood that needs a helping hand or a shoulder to cry on. No one needs financial help. No one is in a desperate situation that you can help with.
Well, I’ve been getting emails from people in desperate need, who know what’s coming – but, don’t have the ability to prepare. I’m wondering… as you go about your own preparations …what you are ready to do – to help.
Obedience
Obedience is an amazing thing. The more you step out in faith to obey what God has told you to do, the more that faith grows.
We American Christians haven’t been very good at obedience, which is why we are facing the catastrophe that we face, right now. But, it’s not too late to start being obedient, right now. Today.
But, there’s a problem. Obedience will require stepping away from the adultery and fornication on television. You’ll have to give up on the pleasures of this life and do things like read your Bible.
Are you ready to do that?
If you aren’t ready to even TRY to conform your life to the standard that Jesus set for us… well …there’s no hope for you.
Read Your Bible
You must have faith in God to survive what is coming, but you can’t have faith – if you don’t obey. And, you aren’t going to know how to obey if you aren’t reading your Bible – every day, all year, cover-to-cover.
Are you up for that?
