Karen J sent an email, asking me to talk about Zionism. Then others challenged me on other issues about Israel. So, I find myself – yet again – addressing the most important patch of land in the world.
And, it is vital that you get this.
Jesus spoke of Jerusalem – also known as Zion – as a key identifier of the Last Days. The prophets of the Old Testament who are the biggest source of information on the Last Days, also write about the physical land of Israel being key to the Last Days.
Yet, there are so many lies being told about Israel, that I am forced at least once a year to dispel the lies being told about a place that I lived in for 15 years.
There appears to be no country on Earth more reviled than the Jewish State. To hear her detractors speak, you would think that she was responsible for every evil in the world, from crop failures in Zambia to smog in California.
The antisemitism has grown to a crescendo, and I find myself deafened by it. You must be as well, so I thought that I would lay out some of my own observations about Israel, having lived there for 15 years – and with family STILL living there.
Most important of all, Israel is the key to the prophecies of the days that we live in, the Last Days.
It should be clear to all, that we live in the Last Days. Persecution, earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, dying oceans, war, immorality and Satanism are accelerating. Faith in God has collapsed in the West, while it rises in the East. The question that everyone should be asking themselves, is…
How much time do we have, before catastrophe arrives at our door?
We have clues and evidence that we may only have a few days before the next shoe drops. If there is a delay in the inevitable… well …at best, it will only give us a few more weeks or months to prepare.
I truly hope that you will be ready for what is coming.
Waves of antisemitism have swept Europe, the Americas and the Middle East for centuries. This psychological defect has poisoned the minds of many and provided fertile ground for evil men and women who delight in oppressing the innocent.
Unfortunately, many in the alternative media have been captured by this ancient evil. Worse, this new wave of antisemitism has clouded clear thought and obscured the evil designs of the enemy.
Far worse than that, followers of Christ have allowed themselves to be turned away from what God says. The Bible clearly states that God has not forgotten the physical children of Jacob. God will bring Jacob back to Himself, and we risk the wrath of God – if we oppose what God is so clearly doing.
Our route to tyranny follows a well-trodden path. It seems that dictators and despots have worked out of the same rulebook throughout history. They are as predictable as they are murderous.
Unfortunately, we add technology to their penchant for persecution. Because killing a million people is easier than controlling them, our evil masters will do just that. Murder lies in our future, and we will only escape if we keep our heads.
But, our sanity can only be purchased through turning away from the one-eyed god in our living rooms, and turning towards God.
One day, we will look back and call this the beginning of The Great Persecution.
On Monday, I took the Jerusalem Light Rail from end-to-end. I had suffered through too many years of streets torn up and insufferable construction delays… to pass up a chance to take the train at least once. And, it’s a great train. Little did I know that it would take me through more than a hundred years of hope, genocide, terror and conflict.
And, foolishness. Utter foolishness.
The story of the Jewish people will be our story, if we do not pay attention to the evil that lies before us. What they did to the Jews, they will do to us.
Our enemies will be satisfied by nothing less than genocide, terror and death for all who love and serve God.
Those of you reading your Bibles know that all the big showdowns happen at Jerusalem. The big battles, as well as big covenants happened there.
When it’s all over, Satan will have been defeated by God – three times at Jerusalem. Satan was defeated first, on the cross of our Lord – at Jerusalem. Satan will be defeated, when Jesus returns – at Jerusalem. And, Satan will be defeated a third and final time, at the very end of the Millennium – at Jerusalem.
And, two great covenants were made there. The covenant between Abraham’s children and God, was made – at Jerusalem. The covenant between ourselves and God, was made – at Jerusalem.
The thing that hurts the more than anything else, is seeing brothers and sisters in Christ preach the message of Satan. It’s like a knife in the heart, to read and hear Satanic error being preached from pulpits and spread on websites.
Yes, we do get things wrong, and I’ve been guilty of this, myself, but there’s a difference between errors of interpretation and outright opposition to God. And, the name Satan literally means, adversary – or, the one who opposes.
And, it has become clear to me, that Jerusalem has become a lightning rod in the hearts and minds of those among us, who have chosen to oppose God.
Over the past few months, I’ve been hitting you with one series after another. So, you’re probably glad that I’ve given you something of a breather, this week. I’m also glad because a series is a lot more work than a bunch of individual articles. We’ll see how long this ‘breather’ lasts.
Unfortunately, this is probably the calm before a storm. The Fall seems to be the time when most banks decide to fail, and markets catch cold when investors come back from Summer break and look at their portfolios. Ebola looms on the horizon. And, let’s not forget that dim-witted monkeys are still playing with matches in the bomb factory that we call Ukraine.
Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: they shall prosper that love thee. – Psalm 122:6
And, I find it interesting that fewer and fewer Christians are interested in praying for the peace of Jerusalem.
Is it any wonder that we no longer prosper?
As we draw closer and closer to the end of this age, fewer and fewer American Christians are interested in the peace of Jerusalem. And, as Christians turn their back on Jerusalem, God has turned His back on us. And, God has decreed that Jerusalem will be a weight that will destroy everyone that tries to carry it away.
