The United States, Latin America, Europe, The Middle East, India and China are all set for civil war. Some of that will be like the war fought between the North and the South in the (somewhat less) United States during the 1800s. But, most of it will be social upheaval, ethnic strife and general stupidity.
It’s bad now, but when economic difficulty sets in… it will become catastrophic. Nothing turns a man or woman violent like hungry children. And, when the rule of law finally collapses, those without children will turn violent when others have something that they do not have.
And, it’s the year of the rooster, and with it come many ominous portents. No, not the mystical shmystical kind. The more mundane, end-of-the-world-as-we-know-it kind. And yes, catastrophe will be the name of the game in this Chinese Year of the Rooster.
What can we expect?
Economic and financial devastation – or, at least more evidence that it is around the corner.
Libya falls farther into Russia’s grasp.
Gog and Magog will look more and more real with each passing week.
India will collapse and fall into the abyss of their own devising.
Of all the enemies that we face in this world, our biggest lies reflected in the mirror. No one has done more to damage our relationship with God. No one had done more to harm the people that love us. No one is more destructive to our churches, our communities and our nation.
We really are our own worst enemy.
The thought that God loves us in spite of all that is more than I can truly understand. The good thing is that I don’t need to understand. I just need to accept it and seek to demonstrate that unfathomable love to a lost world.
Our media has been proclaiming the death of this or that for decades. The death of Reason, which came after the death of Unreason. (Reason never had a chance.) Marx proclaimed the Death of Capitalism. Reagan talked about the death of Communism. There was the death of the Republican Party, followed by the death of the Democratic Party – which was never very democratic, if you know what I mean.
Unfortunately, there’s a different death, that I want to talk about.
The Death of Goodness.
And no, I’m not talking about morality. That died a long time ago. No, I’m talking about goodness as something that people want to see themselves as.
That’s right, our future is being tested by our dear friends in the sub continent – India. For the next ten years they will be collecting 1.2 billion pictures of your eyes and fingerprints and associating them with a unique number.
That number will be on a card, and you will be watched and monitored by the state.
I’ve always said that the third world would be a training ground for the New World Order.
