There are other prophecies that we could add to our Prophecy Clock. We could also take a harder look at what happens during the Tribulation, but I’m not sure how accurate we would be. And, I’m not sure that the exercise would be useful. Once we get to the Tribulation, we’re pretty much stuck where we are.
The biggest challenge that we have, right now, is envisioning what is going to happen before we even GET to the Tribulation. It’s mind-blowing. It’s beyond anything that we can comprehend because no one has ever experienced such a massive catastrophe. And, when we look around ourselves, we see a world that seems to work pretty well.
I find catastrophes to be interesting. Everyone that I know that has been through one, always talks about how sudden they are. One minute, you are walking down the street with the shops open and the sun shining, and then, just moments later, your world has turned upside down – tanks block the streets, earthquakes topple buildings or bombs blow up packed buses. Whatever they are, extreme events always seem to come out of ‘nowhere’. In fact, ‘nowhere’ is such a common place, the English language even has a word for it.
As I think about all that I have written in this series, I wonder if I have lost my mind. But, when I look out over the world and the insanity of everything that is happening, I am forced to agree with everything that I have written. Worse, there is much more to tell and write on this topic of preparation, but the author of that will need to be yourself. (Although, I will continue to write on this topic in the future.)
But, this time to the weather. Or natural disaster. Maybe even terrorism.
Anything that takes out the US highway LA1 for 90 days or more will do tremendous damage to the energy infrastructure of the US.
Yes, you might argue that there is very little that could take out that highway, or the port that it feeds – but that’s not the point. The point is that there are vital choke points in America’s infrastructure that are vulnerable to natural disaster and man-made disaster. And, we aren’t doing anything about them.
